Editorial policy
This page explains how we research, write and rank content about fast payout casinos for Canadian players. It sets the standard we hold ourselves to, and it is honest about what we have and have not checked so far.
Our evidence standard
Every material factual claim we make about an operator must carry a source and a checked date before we publish it. This covers licence status, payout timing, fees, eligibility rules and accepted payment methods. If we cannot point to where a fact came from and when we last confirmed it, we do not state it as fact.
To be clear about where the site stands today: the operators shown here are sample placeholders used to build and test the layout. They carry no published factual claims yet. When we add real operator claims, each one will show its source and the date we checked it.
Source hierarchy
We prefer primary sources over secondary coverage. In order, that means operator terms and conditions pages, regulator records, official responsible-gambling bodies, and government or tax authorities. We use secondary reporting only to point us toward a primary source we can confirm.
We also keep two kinds of information apart. Operator-stated facts are things the operator claims about itself, such as a listed payout window. First-hand observation is something we saw ourselves. We label these separately so you always know which one you are reading.
How we rank
Our rankings follow the method set out on our How We Rank page. We look at the whole payout path and how clearly the terms are written, not a single advertised speed. A headline number means little if approval, verification and processing add days to it.
The published method is the only basis for our ordering. If the method changes, we update that page first, then apply it to the listings.
First-hand observation vs stated facts
We do not claim to have tested, deposited at, or verified any operator. We will only make such a claim once we publish the test amount, the timestamps, the timezone, the verification state and the sample size behind it.
Until we publish those details, we do not imply testing of any kind. If a page does not show that evidence, treat the payout information on it as operator-stated, not confirmed by us.
Commercial separation
We aim to keep our editorial method separate from any commercial arrangement. The ranking process is driven by the published method, and commercial terms do not change how a payout path or a set of terms is assessed. We explain how we earn money on our Advertising Disclosure page.
We will not pretend this is a perfect wall. We can tell you that our stated method is what we follow, and that we would rather flag a weak offer than hide it.
Authorship
Our content is written by named editors. For example, Elliot Vale covers payments and payout topics as our Payments and Payout Editor. You can read more about the people behind the site on our About Us page.
A byline describes the area an editor is responsible for. It does not mean that editor has personally tested an operator. Testing is only implied when we publish the evidence described above.
Updates and freshness
Offers change often, so we re-check volatile details on a regular schedule. When we show an updated date, it means a real review took place on that date.
We never roll dates forward automatically to make a page look fresh. If nothing was reviewed, the date does not move.
