Report an error

We want to know about mistakes. Accurate information is the whole point of this site, so a good correction report helps every reader who comes after you. When we confirm an error, we fix it fast.

What to include

A short, clear report is easier to act on. If you can, please tell us:

• The page URL where you saw the problem.
• The specific detail you believe is wrong.
• What you think it should say instead.
• A source we can check, if you have one.

How we handle corrections

Here is what happens after you send a report. We review it, then check the claim against primary sources. If we confirm the error, we correct it and note the significant changes.

Minor typo and formatting fixes may be made without a note. Material factual corrections are recorded so readers can see what changed and when.

Operator terms change often

Offers, payment methods and payout timing change often. The operator site is always the final word on current terms. So this is not only a reason to report an error to us. It is a reminder to check the operator site directly before you act on any detail.
